PRICES AND VAT
The prices for Iceland are in ISK and contains the icelandic VAT, if you order outside of Iceland the Icelandic VAT will be removed, which means that the price shown is without VAT.
VAT and customs will be the responsibility of the buyer in his country.
Please make sure to check the country’s VAT before placing an order.
Non-payment of customs or duties is not a valid reason for a return and will not be accepted.
Magdashop has the right to change prices and products on its website without notice.
RETURN AND REFUND
The buyer has 14 days to cancel the order and return the product if it’s in its original condition, has the tag on, no stains and has no perfume or other strong smells.
The buyer has the right to request a full refund of the purchase price without providing any reason or explanation.
The refund is intended for the cost of the product but not of the shipping fee if it’s any.
The buyer may opt for a product exchange or receive store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Order above 15.000 – free
Costs for international orders:
- Orders under 10.000 isk. (cca. 67 €) – 3.000 isk. (cca. 20€)
- Orders between 10.000 isk. (cca. 67€) – 25.000 isk. (cca 166€) – 1.800 isk. (cca 12€)
- Order above 25.000 isk. (cca 166€) – free

We kindly request that you refrain from wearing makeup or skin tanning products.
This helps us maintain the quality of our clothing and ensures a pleasant experience for all customers.
Due to the significant time and effort required for appointments and the meticulous care in the process of reorganizing after the appointment, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for items purchased in the showroom.
It is difficult to ensure that the exact colour of the product is shown in the photograph or transferred to the computer screen.
Products that we have ready are sent 1-2 weekdays after the order.
A special order product usually takes 2-3 weeks for delivery.
The buyer will be contacted if the delivery time will exceed this time period.
